Chuck’s is proud to partner with Choose Chicago for the annual Chicago Restaurant Week taking place January 26th – February 8th. Below is the menu we are offering during these selected dates!

First Course

Cream of Poblano w/ Shrimp
Our Greenhouse Salad W/ White Balsamic Tarragon Vinaigrette

Second Course

Shrimp and Grits— cheesy grits topped with blackened shrimp in a garlic butter sauce with green onions
Big Boy Tater Tots- Potatoes, smoked bacon, green onion, cheddar cheese and spicy sour cream


Third Course

Grilled Salmon- Fresh Atlantic salmon filet, lemon sauce, rice pilaf, and roasted seasonal vegetables.
Peppercorn Brisket Au Poivre-Smoked Beef Brisket, Our 36 hour Peppercorn gravy, mashed red potatoes, and roasted vegetables.
Pasta Primavera- penne pasta, Cajun alfredo sauce, roasted veggies and parmesan cheese with grilled shrimp or grilled chicken.


Fourth Course

Hummingbird Cake- served with cream cheese frosting and pineapple caramel sauce.


Spiced Chocolate Pot de Creme with whipped cream and Biscochito Cookie.
