The Restaurant Week menu is designed for each guest to enjoy individually; regular restaurant menu items may be ordered in addition.

Chicken Gumbo | Habanero Corn Chowder | Super Caesar Salad
Cajun Enchilada- one enchilada filled w/ shrimp, andouille sausage & Monterey Jack cheese. Served on a bed of spicy Voodoo cream sauce.
Cajun Cake- 1 cake filled w/ crab, shrimp & andouille sausage. Served w/ a roasted poblano-honey ream sauce.
Cajun Gnocchi au Gratin- potato gnocchi (dumplings) topped w/ a spicy New Orleans cream sauce & fresh parmesan cheese. Baked until golden brown. Served w/ steam broccoli & garlic bread.
Cajun Chicken Primavera- spicy Cajun Alfredo sauce w/ roasted onions, bell peppers, broccoli & grilled chicken breast over a bed of penne pasta. Topped w/ fresh grated parmesan cheese & served w/ garlic bread.
Blackened Filet Tail- prime filet mignon tail cooked to order w/ Cajun seasonings & blackened. Topped w/ our sausage etouffee. Served w/ a baked potato & our Cajun green beans.
Chocolate Chess Pie- rich chocolate chess filling on top of a flaky pie crust. Served warm w/ vanilla ice cream.
Sawdust Pie- fresh coconut, chopped pecans & graham cracker crumbs. Served warm w/ vanilla ice cream, a drizzle of caramel and fresh sliced bananas.
