We have come up with a mighty tasty Four Course | Four Beer Dinner accompanied by some great tasting beer!
$40 per person (Plus tax)
1st Round- Soup/Salad Combo- Root Vegetable Cream & Cucumber Watermelon Salad
Paired with: Kaiser Cucumber Watermelon Kolsch
2nd Round- Appetizer- Chile Anaheim Relleno- a fresh roasted Anaheim chile filled with creamy goat cheese and fresh Mexican herbs served with a tangy roasted tomato sauce.
Paired with: Beermuda Triangle Belgian Triple
3rd Round- Entrée- Carving Station: Smoked Bone-In Rack of Pork & Peppercorn Crusted Brisket w/ Au Poivre Gravy. Sides of Caramelized Roasted Broccoli, Smashed Red Potatoes w/ Sage Gravy & Andouille Sausage Stuffing.
Paired with: Crank It Hype IPA
4th Round- Dessert- Double Chocolate Bread Pudding topped with vanilla ice cream & chocolate sauce.
Paired with: Quiet Giant (Barrel Aged)
