Seared Shishito Peppers – these are one of the trendiest items in cooking and we grow them on both our farms, we fresh pick and quickly sear these mild peppers and serve them whole with a teriyaki style dipping sauce . 5.99

Fried Zucchini and Squash – right from Chuck’s garden to your plate, deep fried breaded zucchini and Yellow Squash.  Served with Cajun Ranch dip.. 5.99  or quick sautéed with sliced Red Onion, olive oil, kosher salt and black pepper.

Quesadillas De Acelgas –filled with wild greens, onions, garlic & melted Jack cheese served with roasted tomato salsa. 4.95

Strawberry Cheesecake- strawberry ice cream with a ribbon of vanilla cheesecake mousse & Graham cracker crumbs mixed in.

Mint Chocolate Flake- the mint in this refreshing ice cream comes from our own gardens. Then we add layers of dark chocolate to the ice cream as it freezes to create crunchy pieces throughout.
